Our Rosemary is grown in naturally sculpted gardens in the middle of a mountain top forest, overlooking the L'Ebre river and the National Park of Catalunya.
Our dried Rosemary consists of approximately 8 different varieties of the Mediterranean Rosmarinus Officinalis.
Twice a year we harvest the Rosemary; once in late spring and once in late autumn.
We harvest the Rosemary when flowering has almost finished and before the peak of new season growth. This means that the Rosemary we collect is richer in phytochemicals (plant based chemicals), such as Eucalyptol and Rosmarinic Acid.
After gathering, sorting and washing in chlorine free water, our Rosemary is dried naturally using the heat of the sun and the mountain winds, inside a wooden shelter. This is important as the sun's rays will greatly reduce the potency of the dried Rosemary.

One year shelf life if stored correctly in an airtight (non-plastic) container in a cool dark dry place.
No chemicals are used on our land or on any of the plants.
